This space documents my struggle to rebuild my life.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped being the person I thought I was. I’ve made mistakes, ignored warning signs, and let things fall apart. I lost my health. I lost years I can’t get back. I lost track of who I was. I kept telling myself I could manage, but the damage only got worse. Life exposed everything I tried to hide behind strength or silence.

Eventually, everything collapsed. I reached a point where nothing made sense. But I didn’t give up. I started over, step by step. The process is difficult and uncomfortable, but it’s the only way forward.

If you’ve ever been forced to face yourself and the mess you’ve created, this space might speak to you. Use what helps. Ignore what doesn’t.

About Me – A personal introduction about who I am, the background I come from, and the reasons behind my decision to rebuild my life. It’s the context behind the journey.

Reckoning List – A living list of promises I’ve made to myself. It holds the specific commitments that define this journey and the standard I’ve chosen to measure myself against.

Timeline – A chronological record of the key moments that shaped my direction. Not every detail, just the turning points that marked change, clarity, or collapse.

Book Notes – Takeaways from books that influenced my thinking. I’ve noted what stayed with me, challenged me, or fed into the process of rebuilding.
